Originally founded as a Land Surveying Utility Locating firm in 2019 serving east & central Georgia...Stencel & Associates entered into residential & commercial civil sitework using our teams land surveying, land development & utility locating capabilities. To this day, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a turnkey civil sitework package utilizing in house construction surveying & GPS modeling services. With a combined experience of 50 years in the construction & surveying industry, we offer sitework services in Georgia & South Carolina.
